Organized our annual training for guides and drivers. The training emphasized safety and team work.

Hosted FAM TRIP for 105 pax from Hong Kong

Successfully attended in ITB 2011 in Berlin, Germany. Launched new brochure with eco tours for 2011-2012.

Conducted outbound tours to Hainan and New Year tour to Dubai.

Participated in Mongolia ITF 2010 in Ulaanbaatar. “Mongolia ITF-2010” is the 6th International Tourism Fair organized in partnership with the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism and The Mongolian National Tourism Center.

Participated in International Travel Mart 2010 in Taipei, Taiwan.

Signed Authorized Ticket agent agreement with the LOCOG and the Mongolian National Olympic Committee for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Provided land services for 3 charter flight groups from Japan with total of over 300 pax.

Organized our first tour to Dubai. Also organized tours to Paris, France, LakeBaikal, Russia.

In cooperation with MIAT Mongolian Airlines, we successfully organized inbound and outbound tours with 8 direct flights between Ulaanbaatar city and Hongkong.

Provided land services for the 50th anniversary of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
